Backorders and out of stock items Non-Returnable Items:

Backordered items include items that were sold out at the time you placed your order.  In the event your order has not been filled within 14 days, we will put it on backorder and notify you of the new shipping date via e-mail.  Depending on the situation, one of our representatives may contact you via telephone.  If you do not respond to our email notification, we will consider your order to be valid and the backorder acceptable by you.  We will notify you upon our shipment date.  

Most backorders are shipped within 5 - 7 days.

In the event of discontinued items, you will be notified immediately to select alternate item (s) or request a full refund.

 

  1.   Evening Gowns:  Sales on evening gowns are final unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made such as; exchanges for different size of same item.  Manufacturer Defects.

         

 

 

 

 

 

  

  

   

 

What we need for returns or exchanges on Items: Instructions for Returning:
  1. The tags must stay attached, this includes return of the hanger, if applicable and originally packaging.

  2. No items can be damaged, or altered in any way.

  3. You are responsible for the shipping fees for all exchanges and returns.

  4. After returning the order to us, please allow up to 3-4 days  for a refund to show up in your account.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    1.   Call KL Passion Wear at 1(866) 647-4770 for a return authorization number or email support@klpassionwear.com,   place this number on the outside of the package, failure to do so may  result in a refused item and package will automatically be returned to you.

 

    2.   Returns must be postmarked and returned within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.  You will know the day you receive your item that it will not fit or has a manufacturers defect,  your immediate email notification to us and return of the merchandise will insure a prompt credit to your account.  Your tracking number will allow you to determine the day you received your item and when you should have it postmarked to return to us.

           

(Remember to put the return authorization number on the outside, front of the box or envelope).  Any item returned without this number will not be accepted and your item returned to you.  It must be postmarked within the seven (7) day time frame.
